Biannual Meetings:

Conventions are held twice a year in March and September and focus on current issues which are affecting the daily operations of business. Each meeting session provides an opportunity to enhance knowledge and to network with colleagues.

Networking:

IPCMA is a very active group. Our functions are well attended and afford both full and associate members the opportunity to meet and network frequently.  The social events allow opportunities for the members time to share their knowledge, concerns or other industry related discussions with their peers and suppliers in a very casual atmosphere.

Newsletters

Newsletters are sent out twice a year to provide the industry with the most current news and organizational information.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

During the IPCMA conventions, networking activities and events are scheduled throughout the program. Within a conference, companies may sponsor specific events such as cocktail parties, luncheons, dinners, golf tournament, and other social activities--and utilize their own marketing strategies to make them a success and to maximize the sponsor's recognition.

Office:

IPCMA, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has a full time executive director, providing assistance to the membership.
